The DNSC FRS & SIS (Davao del Norte State College Fund and Requisition Management System & Supply and Inventory Management System) is used to automate and streamline the procurement process of the school, from creating PPMP’s, preparing purchase requests, requesting quotes from vendors to issuing purchase orders and receiving goods. The use of the DNSC FRS & SIS can help the Davao del Norte State College to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase transparency in the procurement process. Also, the system automates the approval of documents and can also monitor and track the flow of each document.
